Negative review of the lady Tatiana

We have removed Tatiana's profile after verifying her negative review . 

It is my first bad experience. I met many ladies before from this website and everything was great but Tatiana was different :( She was not a  nice companion, had no interest to communicate with me, played with her phone all the time and asked to leave earlier than agreed without any money compensation. I informed about this fact the agency, they contacted her and then she refund me.
